There has been a flurry of activity at Antonini in the first 6 months of 2008. First of all are the equipment purchases. The agricultural fleet of Antonini Fruit Express has been increased with 20 brand new 2008 2 axle tractors. 10 Kenworths and 10 Freightliners have been added to the fleet for the 2008 season. These new tractors are fully compliant with CARB’s new emissions standards. Also added to the fleet are 50 brand new sets of lightweight tomato trailers. Wesco from Woodland, Ca. and D & T Fiberglass in Sacramento, Ca. have built Antonini Fruit Express the newest and lightest equipment available for hauling tomatoes. Additonal equipment has also been added to Antonini Freight Express, Inc. 10 brand new 3 axle tractors have been purchased. 5 Kenworths and 5 Freightliners have been added to the fleet recently. These new tractors are also fully compliant with CARB’s new emission standards and are amongst the lightest 3 axles available. Full of fuel these tractors tip the scales at just over 14,000 lbs. New lightweight dropdeck container chassis have also been added in the first 6 months of 2008. Overall 18 chassis have been added to the fleet with the most recent being 12 brand new Pratt chassis. These chassis weigh in at just over 7,200 lbs. and give us a lightweight of approximately 21,600 lbs. to haul a maximum load of bulk liquid in a container, ISO tank or other containerized products. Antonini Freight Express, Inc. has also added to its fleet of 53’ dry vans. The fleet is now up to over 100 dry vans hauling various freight commodities throughout California and Western Nevada. Antonini Freight Express, Inc. has also recently gone in to the cyber world. In June of 2008 we finished installation of GPS devices in all our tractors. Fleetmatics of Boston, Ma. devices were chosen for this new era of fleet management at Antonini. In addition to automatic location of equipment, we now have the ability to have our drivers update their status to our operations software automatically without conversation with a dispatcher. Antonini can also manage their drivers driving habits with just the push of a button from the operations center in Stockton, Ca. We look forward to enhancing our efficiencies to our customers with additions such as Fleetmatics. The Antonini administration staff has also enhanced their technology offerings. Document scanning has been implemented. Currently accounts receivable billings are being scanned in to our accounting software and this will enable us to retrieve documents more efficiently in the future. As this process moves forward we plan on adding other areas of administration to this technology such as accounts payable, payroll and other pertinent documents that are required to be kept. This will allow Antonini to reduce paperwork in the office and increase customer service parameters. The Antonini Companies have also expanded their service package and added LTL transportation to their schedule. Currently Antonini Freight Express, Inc. is providing this service and soon a new company, AM Delivery Express LLC will be born and provide the LTL service. The Antonini’s have combined with members of a long standing LTL company in Stockton, Ca. to start up AM Delivery Express LLC and expand their territory. We are very excited about this new opportunity and look forward to providing our customers with a full menu of services. Check out www.amdeliveryexpress.com soon for those opportunities. As you can see from the above areas, it has been extremely busy at Antonini in the first half of 2008. We look forward to a successful season for all our customers and employees in 2008 and are ready to take on new challenges and opportunities as they are presented to us. |

Customer Testimonials We are proud of our reputation for service and we are pleased to share with you the views of a few of our customers.
Antonini
Fruit has been shipping vegetable transplant plugs for Greenheart since
2000. They annually ship over 250 loads, within three months, with most
distances over 500 miles. We tried several freight companies prior to
Antonini, but they were unable to provide the service, dependability, and
commitment that is required in our fast paced, short, shipping window.
Antonini Fruit has definitely been an integral part in maintaining and
expanding our customer base.

Pacific Coast
Producers has been providing the grocery industry quality food products and
excellent service to our valued customers for the past 34 years. We would
not be able to achieve this service level if it were not for Antonini
Freight Express, who has been our primary local carrier since 1997. With
their exceptional staff and management, they are always prepared to meet our
daily
requirements in a prompt and efficient manner. They work very
hard to ensure that their service is provided at the lowest cost
possible. It is a true partnership in which we value.
